Sales Regions Covered
We only ship merchandise to locations within the
50 U.S.
states. We also do not ship directly to APO
addresses that do not accept UPS or Fedex deliveries
as we do not use the US Postal service.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico,
or any other International Country.

Payment Methods
In The United
States:
We offer our US
clients four different payment options.
- Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express.
- Purchase Orders: We accept certain corporate,
government and educational purchase orders, pending a successful credit
check and approval by our credit department. Those clients applying for
credit must provide us with a valid D&B number plus complete a trade
references form. Please request the necessary forms from your sales
representative or contact us at 888-395-6396 for this information.
- Pre-payment with
personal check.
For new customers, checks will need to clear the bank before merchandise will
ship. Please note: An
additional charge of $32 will be incurred for checks returned to our bank
for insufficient funds.
- Bank Wire transfer
of the funds to CD Dimensions, Inc. prior to delivery. There is a $10 fee and the
minimum order is $100. Please call 888-395-6396> for wire transfer details.
Upon confirmation of funds transfer, we immediately release the products
for shipping.
PLEASE NOTE
Due to fraudulent use of credit cards for online
purchases, we require that all credit card orders must be delivered to the
cardholder's Bill To Address as listed with their
credit card company, unless the client has provided their bank with a separate
and verifiable 2nd address.
For credit card orders over $300 we will pull a
credit report for address verification.

Shipping & Handling
Charges
U.S. Shipping & Handling:
Shipping charges to all U.S.
destinations are determined by the quantity and weight of the merchandise
ordered and the shipping service and options you choose. In many cases, such as
UPS shipments, your location within the U.S. will affect the shipping
charges. Our standard carriers for product shipments are UPS and FedEx, though
we reserve the right to select alternative carriers at any time. Under no circumstances will CD
Dimensions, Inc. deliver to a Post Office box.
Transit Insurance on all shipments is required.
Orders are considered complete when picked up by
the carrier. Damage, lost or stolen products in transit is covered by transit
insurance. CD Dimensions, Inc. when notified by the client will promptly, will notify the insurer. The insurance company,
not CD Dimensions, Inc, will handle all reimbursements.
Deliveries on product under $300 may be left by the
carrier without a signature unless you specifically instruct CD Dimensions,
Inc. that a signature is required. Orders
over $300 will require a signature as long as the shipper will comply.
It is the client's responsibility to notify CD
Dimensions, Inc. before shipment of any special shipping instructions.
Your available shipping methods will appear
automatically in your Shopping Cart for orders entered online. After you have
chosen your shipping method(s), the estimated shipping & handling charges
will be calculated for you in your Shopping Cart before you place your order.
If actual charges are lower, you will be billed for the lower cost. If the
actual charge is higher, you will be notified via telephone or e-mail of the
higher charge, prior to shipment. Shipping cost are
only estimates and may be changed by the carrier. CD Dimensions, Inc. reserves
the right to invoice for any additional sums billed by the carrier.
Orders received by 3:00PM EST on business days
will be shipped the same day if items are in stock. Orders received after
3:00PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or Holidays will
be shipped the next available business day. CD Dimensions, Inc. will make every
attempt to notify you promptly if items are backordered or out of stock.

Local & State Taxes
We charge required local and state taxes on orders
delivered to Connecticut.
CT Sales and Use Tax certificates are required to be on file with CD Dimensions
prior to not charging sales tax. If
an item is shipped directly from a distributor to a customer within a state
that sales tax is required, we will notify you prior to shipment that the
purchase will be taxed.

Special Orders
If there is a specific product you are looking for
and it is not listed, please contact your sales representative to check if it
can be special ordered. Special
orders for products not normally stocked require either an advance deposit or
full payment up front depending on the item. Lead times and availability will
vary greatly on special orders. Your sales representative can advise you best
on what to expect in these circumstances.
PLEASE
NOTE: Refusal of special order once it is
shipped may result in a forfeiture of your payment.

Back Orders
All orders for items not in stock will be backordered.
Your CD Dimensions sales representative will be able to keep you apprised of
the status of your merchandise. We will ship all backorder items as they are
received in our warehouse. Your sales representative must be informed if your
requirements change and you wish to cancel a backorder prior to shipment. All
refused shipments (without prior notification) are subject to a 25% restocking
fee.

Cancellations
All order cancellations must be received prior to
shipment by CD Dimensions or our distributors. Merchandise refused or returned
will not be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. See “Returns and Exchanges”
section.

Warranty Information
The only warranties that CD Dimensions delivers is
those expressly issued in writing with the product. CD Dimensions, Inc. makes
no warranties for merchandise that it does not manufacture whether expressed or
implied, and specifically excludes warranties or fitness or merchantability.
All applicable warranties from the manufacturer are passed onto the customer.
Please
Note: Merchandise that has been replaced
during the warranty period does not extend the warranty period past the
original period.
CD Dimensions, Inc. shall not be liable under any
circumstances for any special consequential incidental or exemplary damages,
including but not limited to damages of lost profits, loss of use, lost data,
or for any damages or sums paid by the purchaser to third party even if CD
Dimensions, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The
foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based on
principals of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tortuous breach of any
statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, or failure of any
limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges
A RMA NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ANY RETURNED
MERCHANDISE
Non-Defective Items:
A (30) thirty days from
the date of purchase return policy is available on certain hardware products. Please
check with your sales representative for information on the return policy of
duplicators, printers, hard drives, flash drives, monitors, towers etc as
returns are based on the manufacturer return policies.
Open media, packaging, printer supplies, labels,
etc are also not returnable unless they are deemed defective. We will authorize
un-opened media, packaging, printer supplies, labels, etc to be returned within (30) thirty
days from the date of purchase.
In the event (within 30 days) the client has an
issue with a product due to defect, error in shipping or Dead On Arrival (DOA),
the customer must notify their sales representative and an RMA label will be
issued. The customer will be credited back the full amount of the order minus
all shipping costs, once the returned merchandise has been received by CD
Dimensions or the Manufacturer (if shipped back directly). All returned
products must be in salable condition, which means they are undamaged,
unmarked, complete and in the original packaging. If goods do not meet our
re-sale standards we will return them to you.
PLEASE
NOTE: Merchandise must not be over 30 days
old based on the order date.
If the product received is damaged and/ or missing
shipping materials, or shows unusual product usage, CD Dimensions retains the
right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of these
occurrences, as deemed necessary. All distributors restocking fees will apply
back to the customer.
In the event a wrong product has been ordered and the
customer wishes to return it, a 25% restocking fee may be applied
to any returned product which is not the result of a shipping error, defective
merchandise, or DOA.
Credit memos for use against future purchases will
be issued for all authorized returns from Net 30 orders. No refund checks are
issued. Credits must be used within six months. Credit card orders will be
refunded to the credit card on file. Orders over $10,000 may not be returned.
It is the customer's responsibility to fully
insure returned items. If customer fails to insure the return shipment, they
accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Damaged, unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.
Claims for loss, or for visible or hidden damage
is the responsibility of the customer and must be made to the freight carrier
immediately. You must ask for prompt and thorough inspection by the carrier
immediately to insure that claims are approved. CD Dimensions will provide any
assistance required to aid in claim processing.
If the unit is dead-on-arrival, please notify CD
Dimensions immediately and an exchange of the original product with a
replacement unit from the manufacturer will be scheduled. Replacement units
will not be shipped out until the original merchandise is returned to the
original warehouse it was shipped from with the original box and packing
material unless otherwise authorized. CD Dimensions must be notified within 30
days to be eligible for a replacement. This policy extends for a period of 30
days from the date of the invoice. Your timely testing of the equipment upon
receipt is important. Remember the 30 day exchange period begins from the date
of the invoice and not from the time you open the box. The replacement or
repair of equipment will only occur upon receipt of the DOA merchandise at vendor
location or CD Dimensions warehouse, as stated on RMA. The product will then be
replaced or repaired at our discretion. If the product is deemed not to be DOA
there will be a testing and diagnosis charge.
IMPORTANT: THE DOA POLICY DOES NOT COVER THE PHYSICAL
VISIBLE OR HIDDEN DAMAGE INCURRED IN TRANSIT. ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE HANDLED
DIRECTLY WITH THE DELIVERING CARRIER.
Return Materials Authorization (RMA):
Before returning any product you MUST obtain a
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form and Number. To obtain an RMA number,
please call CD Dimensions at 860-395-6396. When calling please have the
following information ready:
- Your name or your company name
- Our invoice and/or Sales Order Number
- Date of Invoice
- Serial number and part number of merchandise in
question (if applicable)
- Summary of the problem
ONCE THE INFORMATION IS VERIFIED AND APPROVED
YOU WILL RECEIVE AN RMA FORM/PACKING SLIP WITH YOUR APPROVED RMA NUMBER ON IT.
PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

Please return the product PROMPTLY: RMA numbers are valid for
15 days.
- Items returned after 30 days may be subject up to a 50% restocking
fee.
- Returns must be made through a traceable carrier and insured. Any
RMA's returned via U.S. Mail will be refused.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless
otherwise approved.
- Returned goods must be shipped freight pre-paid in their original
box will packing. material, manuals, cables, and cords
included (if applicable) A CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED FOR MISSING OR USED ITEMS.
Product not returned in ORIGINAL packing will be refused.
- All merchandise returned without an RMA or Freight collect will be
refused.
- The RMA Label must be displayed on the outside of the box.
PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL BOX.

REFUSED MERCHANDISE
CD Dimensions, Inc. charges a minimum of 25%
restocking fee on all merchandise refused. The customer is responsible for
shipping charges both ways
Products returned without an RMA number will be
returned to you at your own expense.
