With this time saving plan, to help you maintain full production, simply call Rimage Account Services. If your problems can’t be resolved over the phone, Rimage Corporation will ship a replacement unit to you in time for the next business day. All labor and non-consumable parts are included. Orders need to be in place by 12:00 PM CST. Includes Business Hours Phone Support and software upgrades.
Rapid Exchange Maintenance:
- Rapid exchange includes all parts (excluding ink jet print cartridges).
- Rimage provides a replacement refurbished unit delivered to the customer the next business day, for orders placed prior to 12:00 PM Central time.
- Customer returns their malfunctioning unit to Rimage Corporation within five (5) business days.
- Customer keeps the replacement unit; Rimage keeps the returned unit.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to Rimage; Rimage will pay for shipping charges to the customer.
- All in stock items will be delivered next business day.
Contract Exclusions: Routine maintenance including, but not limited to, changing of ink supply, clearing of jams, cleaning printer and/or drive, drive replacements, and equipment moves.
