CD Dimensions, Inc. Acquired by Jay Pasqualoni
(Old Saybrook, CT February 1, 2005) - CD Dimensions, Inc. was recently acquired by Jay Pasqualoni, of Madison CT. Mr. Pasqualoni, who also owns, AT& S LLC, a system integration company, and Managed Investments, LLC, an investment banking company, will assume the role of President of CD Dimensions Inc.
Established in 1995, CD Dimensions, is an authorized reseller for leading manufacturers in the CD and DVD Duplication, and Document Management and Mass Storage Systems arena. Their online catalog of CD and DVD duplicators, printers, scanners, jukeboxes, CD and DVD media, and packaging offers over 1,000 products and has more than 20,000 customers. CD Dimensions also carries a branded line of CD and DVD duplicator towers.

Also joining the company is Gina E. Calabro as the new Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to this, Ms. Calabro was with Jupitermedia Corporation, as Director of E-Commerce, overseeing all commerce-driven Web sites.
